UK DELIVERY:
Guaranteed Next Day delivery is exclusive to the UK mainland (excluding the
Highlands) for orders placed before 1:00 pm GMT Monday to Thursday.
Royal Mail 24 delivery takes 1-3 working days, and Royal Mail 48 delivery takes 2-5
working days for the UK mainland.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday; no dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.
Free UK Delivery to the mainland (excluding Highlands) takes 2-5 working days.
Unfortunately, Next Day delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel
Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands. Signature required on receipt.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We deliver to worldwide destinations.
European orders aim for delivery within 7-10 working days, and International Orders
(including USA) within 10-15 working days.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, not on Saturday or Sunday.
If your parcel is delayed beyond the stated time, allow up to 15 working days from the
dispatch email before contacting Customer Service.
All purchases are in pounds Sterling (£), with the exchange rate determined by
international credit card providers or banks.
Orders outside the UK mainland may incur duties or taxes; it is your responsibility to
pay these according to local legislation.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY:
Track your order by clicking the tracking number in the dispatch email.
Use the tracking link provided in the email or visit www.royalmail.com and enter your
tracking number.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY:
If not available during delivery attempts, our courier will leave a card and attempt
delivery 2 more times.
Follow the courier’s instructions on the card for arranging a more convenient
redelivery day.
ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Deliver to an address different from your debit/credit card billing address during
checkout.
Ensure all details are correct before checkout; amendments after placing the order are
not possible.
LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS:
Contact us for lost or damaged parcels; a claim will be submitted to our delivery
partner on your behalf.
Refund, including delivery costs, upon acceptance of the claim. Claims may take up to
28 days.
SAFE LOCATION REQUESTS:
Contact us immediately after placing your order to request leaving it in a safe location.
Note that orders left as requested are at your own risk, and Afiyaah will not be liable
for damage or loss.
WORKING DAYS:
Monday to Friday are working days; Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not.
Next day delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays will dispatch
within the next 1-2 working days.

We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore
Islands; regretfully, no delivery to BFPO and PO Box addresses
