For returns, kindly ensure items are returned within 10 days, unworn and undamaged in
original packaging. Refunds, excluding postage, will be processed within 10 days of receiving
the products. Ensure barcode tags and labels are intact. Unfortunately, we don’t offer jewellery
refunds due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds cannot be processed in our UK stores for website orders.
